How do I cast my vote?
Owners will cast their vote on a limited proxy/ballot form provided by their association by mail. Votes can be submitted in the following ways:
1. Drop Off at the Designated Ballot Box
Where: Inverrary Information Center at Chateau Mar Resort
Address: 3501 Inverrary Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33319
Days: Mon–Sat
Time: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
2. Mail Your Ballot
Use the labeled envelope included in your ballot package and mail it back.
What if I lost my limited proxy/ballot form or did not receive it?
Not to worry. You can get a replacement proxy/ballot at the nearby Inverrary Information Center at Chateau Mar Resort.

What happens at the center?
- • Ask for help filling out the ballot
- • Learn more & ask questions regarding the Inverrary redevelopment plan
- • Submit your ballot in your designated association ballot box
Bring a photo ID if you are dropping off multiple household ballots.
