The New Residences
The Developer will pay our Inverrary HOA up-front for all of the contributions described on this website through the development and construction of 800 residential homes around the New Golf Course.
The Developer has partnered with Pulte Homes for the construction of The New Inverrary, including the new golf course, practice areas, clubhouse, parks, lakes, fitness trails, and new residential homes.

The Developer has partnered with Pulte on previous successful projects in South Florida, including the Hillcrest Community in Hollywood, Florida.

The New Inverrary Residential Plan
The New Homes Plan includes single family homes and townhomes to create beautiful neighborhood areas that flow seamlessly within the existing property.




New Residential Development
The Residential Development is presently programmed for a maximum of 800 units, as follows:
• Single Family Detached and Attached Homes with dedicated swimming pool and community amenities
• Approximately 4 miles of multipurpose trails with a width of 12’ to accommodate pedestrians, joggers and bikers with access to the Grab-N-Go Café
• Lakes, park, picnic areas and greenspace for multipurpose play
• Rest stations and gazebos along the multipurpose pathways
• Dog parks
• Landscaped gardens
• Fully integrated with the existing Inverrary Community through multiple access points
